One of the things we didn't like about their service was the fact that in order to change IP, you have to disconnect and connect again to the country you wish to access. This means you cannot choose the specific IP you want. You only get to choose the country. It would be better to be able to choose the IP on the fly so you can avoid the hassle of having to disconnect and reconnect. They do, however, offer unlimited switching. Thankfully, the service is often fast so switching is not necessary unless you want to change country IP.
